Why I love (yes you read that right) the Department of Homeland Security

After months (almost a year?) under the scrutiny of our wonderful, efficient, and compassionate Department of Homeland Security, my darling husband (yes, the one and only JG) has been approved for his Green Card! He is legal! He can travel! And come back! Did I ever mention to you how much I LOVE the Department of Homeland Security? They are a huge monster, but not a scary one, a nice one! Like the muppets! Especially the the good folks in the immigration department. Tell them I said hello if you ever run into them. Their strict and lengthy procedures are a small price to pay for their hard work keeping us safe from bad guys. Hooray! Hooray!
